Chickpea salad with beetroot and humus

Ingredients:
– 1 can of chickpeas
– 2 beetroots
– 70gr of goat cheese
– 2 tbs of hummus
– handful of raisins
– fresh parsley (optional)

Raw avocado chocolate dessert

Ingredients:
– 1 avocado
– 2 tbs of raw cacao powder
– 3tbs of maple syrup
– 4tbs of almond milk
– 1 banana
– 1 ts of cinnamon
