Healthy Holiday Desserts ❄ Baked Apples & GIVEAWAY-CLOSED-

I use to make baked apples all the time in college so Im featuring these with a little holiday twist! This baked apple recipe comes from the Healthy Holiday Dessert Guide by Megan Roosevelt.


Vanilla Almond Baked Apples:

-1 cup rolled oats
-1/2 cup unsweetened hemp milk
-2 tbsp. maple syrup
-1/2 tbsp. pumpkin pie spice
1 tsp. coconut butter
2 organic honey crisp apples
2 tbsp. vanilla almond butter

Bake in oven at 250F for 30 minutes.
