Honeycomb ice cream cake – Rainbow Ruffle tutorial

This is a recipe video teaching you how to make an ice cream cake using cream, condensed milk and honeycomb chocolate bars. It also demonstrates how to make a stunning rainbow ruffle using whipped cream and a 104 petal tip.

ice cream cake recipe:

600ml thickened cream / regular whipping cream
397ml can of condensed milk
7 snack sized honeycomb bars or cadbury crunchie bars

for the frosting:
600ml thickened cream
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 tablespoons sugar
gel food colours: red, orange, yellow, green, blue and purple

materials needed:
-104 petal tip
– 8 inch spring form pan or pan with removable side
– 10 inch cake board
– disposable piping bag
