Below are the ingredients for this delicious vegan snack. You’ll need a bowl, parchment paper, measuring cups & spoons and a spoon to stir. ENJOY! Get the full recipe here:

1 cup oats (not instant!)
1/2 cup unsweetened coconut flakes, plus 1/3 cup for topping
1 scoop of chocolate protein powder
2 TB almond butter
1/2 cup ground flax meal
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1 tsp stevia extract
1/2 cup unsweetened coconut milk (likely in a can)
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
